We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for self-guided courses and coaching sessions that have not yet been completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with your order confirmation.
The following are non-refundable: completed coaching sessions, group cohort programmes after the first session, digital materials once accessed, and administrative fees.
Refund requests are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
To cancel upcoming coaching sessions or group programmes, provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice are non-refundable.
If you cannot start a programme on the scheduled date, you may defer to the next cohort (within 6 months) at no additional cost. Deferrals are available for registered programmes only.
Refunds for partially completed programmes are calculated pro-rata. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
If you experience technical problems accessing course materials, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
