We also automatically collect browsing data via Google Analytics (with your consent) and essential server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site.
We use your data to respond to enquiries, provide coaching and educational content, send programme updates (with consent), improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.
We process personal data under: Consent (contact forms, coaching requests), Contract Performance (paid programmes), Legitimate Interests (service improvement), and Legal Obligation (tax and employment law compliance).
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with payment processors (Stripe), email service providers (Mailchimp), video conferencing platforms (Zoom), and Google services (Analytics, Maps API). All share GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.
Some processors are located outside the UK/EU. We ensure adequate protections through Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
Contact form data is retained for 2 years. Coaching client data is retained for 5 years. Email communication is retained for 1 year unless you request deletion. You may request deletion anytime.
